The mid level offers all four bedrooms, laundry, and deck access with a hot tub. Both king bedrooms share a full Jack and Jill bath, while the two other bedrooms (one with a pyramid bunk, the other with a pyramid bunk and twin bed with a trundle) have access to a full hall bath.
The top level offers a spacious great room to accommodate your family when spending time together recapping the day's activities or enjoying game night. This level also boasts a convenient full bath, as well as an electric fireplace to enjoy the ambience all year. Step out onto the furnished sun deck to enjoy views of the ocean and the Avon Fishing Pier complex.
