“Terrible experience. Me and a group of friends were scheduled and confirmed to stay here on New Years Eve and was in contact with the owner beforehand. The day of NYE I was never contacted on how to enter the home even though myself plus members of my group reached out to the owner multiple times, and so we had to last minute change our plans. "The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
