Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. “The place was clean, comfortable, rooms are great. The customer service was not so great. The front desk lady was not very nice. It was 2 consecutive days that we staid there and you can tell customer service was not their priority. We tried to reserve one night extra online and was having trouble doing so online and when I called the receptionist she said they are all booked. I understand that but I was going to ask a follow up question and she cut me saying we are all booked again and hung……

Another problem is about the wall, which is too thin and enable you to hear the sound from next room. ( Luckily they stop making “ love” sound in midnight) The staff doesn’t know English, so you may can’t ask him anything , including hotel shuttle service( I didn’t use this service at last) it is convenient to go to ORLY airport.”
