“The room with the outdoor onsen is at the lowest floor. Unfortunately the corridor is with the smell of mould and the smell is very serious within the room. Cockroaches were found and I did kill one at 4 am. I told the reception staff at check-out in the morning, appears that they did not show any care about this.”
