“Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. I appreciate the property manager kept us informed before check in, they had a little problem with the A/C and the technician was still on premises to fix it. We arrived at 4 and they……

“Very clean cottage. It had everything we needed for our stay. Location is great and it is a quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The check-in process was very easy. The Management responded very quickly to my questions. We were able to rent some electric bikes and tour the city at our own pace. The return bike station was 2 blocks away! We definitely will be back!”

“I met my college roommate for a girls weekend and we loved this place! The location is fantastic and the home has everything you need - including a sound machine in the front bedroom as it is right next to a busy street. I would definitely recommend this home and cannot wait to come back!”

“Great location between downtown Charleston and Folly beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the sunset were perfect. The master had privacy on the third floor and two other bedrooms were on the second floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen. I hope to come back again. Thank you for the memories! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Charleston! The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to King Street, yet quiet at night. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Although there isn’t on-site parking, the nearby garage was very convenient. The property itself was clean, nicely updated, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!”
