“Very clean and cutely decorated. Neighbors above were a little loud but nothing terrible. Pool was clean, very beautiful through the neighborhood, and the response time from property management was amazing. I will come stay here again! Thanks so much for everything! ”

“Very nicely remodeled old building down to every detail. Wonderful courtyard to relax. We were very surpised of how quiet and peaceful it was being just steps from all the night life. Definitely check out Greers market. Found sone really nice specialty items. Hopefully we find another reason to visit Mobile soon. ”

“My 20 yr old daughter stayed here while attending a school in Daphne. It was precious and so close to everything including her school. My main concern sending her off by herself was safety and this was the perfect place. She even got a week off to play in the unexpected snow while there. I highly recommend this cute little condo. ”

“The place was clean and fine for a couple night stay. The Internet didn't work very good also if you need to work from there I wouldn't recommend. Could use some updates. The owner was easy to reach and fast to answer.”

Few things we needed to contact the property manager with and he was quick to response and rectified everything. Beds are very comfortable, each room has own bathroom. It was a very cozy and homey place! I hope to be able to stay there again in the future. 😊”

“Several of us retired from CPSI yesterday and planned a downtown outing to celebrate. We found The Merry Widow Loft and reserved it several months back. Was so excited when the day arrived and the loft was even better than expected. Perfect location, cool interior and the balcony was icing on the cake for late night people watching. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a question about access and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.”

“Stayed in Daphne since my nephew was getting married in Spanish Fort. Great location for the event. The building is somewhat old and the exterior wood is rotting in some places, but the interior is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We lost power the final night but the Owner stayed on the phone with us until it was resolved. All in all I would confidently recommend this unit.”
