“Excellent ”

“Unfortunately, despite the decent ratings i'm giving them overall, there was a wedding on the night we stayed. This of course is a wondaful thing and we wish the happy couple the best. However we went to Briars to have a quiet night in the country, and if they had told us that our room would be directly above the wedding, in a very old, non-sound proofed room, then obviously we wouldn't have booked it. The noise was so loud that we could not even hear the TV. Better communication and honesty……

“Fantastic few days. Beautiful location with all the trimmings made for a magnificent stay. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was relaxing and one to remember. Best of both works .. luxury and creature comforts but a world away from city life!!!”

“The room is small and not user friendly. The main hotel entrance is very dirty & dusty because of unpaved road. The quality of breakfast is not good, very limited choice in food. The standard room rate is a bit high with AUD450 per night. ”
