“Начну с того, что заявленные двуспальная кровать "King Size" и диван-"кровать" таковыми не являются. Кровать стандартного размера, а диван не раскладной - взрослый человек на нем не сможет лежать. Сказал об этом администратору - обещали исправить описание. При заселении номер не был готов к приему троих взрослых человек, хотя бронировал заранее. Правда, достаточно быстро организовали третье спальное место - сначала матрас, а на утро и целую кровать принесли. Во всем остальном были только……

“Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!”

“公寓什么也没有，纸巾沐浴露洗发露吹风机等的客户没有，全部得自己采购。公寓一旦有风非常的吵，比飞机上都吵。房间里很多噪音，比如空调几分钟就得开关一次，切换声音很大，晚上睡觉简直灾难。三个房间有一间窗户坏了，全封闭的像坐牢。最过分的是他们员工随时可以开门进来，最后一晚住宿，凌晨五点多来按门铃我们没管，人直接开门进来了，说我们房间有烟雾报警，可是进来啥也没有，真的离了大谱，避雷这家公寓，永久拉入黑名单。”

“The review reflects the attitude of the hotel towards its guests but partly also warns you about the unethical practices of hotel.com. We are a family of four including a 10 month old baby and 3 year old. We booked a two nights stay at this hotel and paid in full well before getting there. After a five hour drive from Baku to the hotel we were told the hotel was fully booked for the second night and we would have to check out at 12 pm. This was at 6 pm. The local agent then called us to tell us……
