“Es war sehr nett im Dorf zu wohnen.
Wir haben dort auch jeden Abend in der Taverne in Mires gegessen.
Ein Tag gab es einen Stromausfall, und wir haben bei Anastasia im Minimarket einen türkischen Kaffee (auf Gasflamme gekocht) erhalten und ein paar Dorfbewohner getroffen. Sehr familiär. Man kann sehr gut die ganze Gegend um Agios Nikolaos erkunden.”

“Un séjour plutôt agréable dans cet hôtel très correct.
Un accueil minimaliste mais efficace.

“I made a reservation via Expedia on January 19. We've paid for the room. Today we came to the hotel, on March 27, after 24 hours of traveling there from home in USA.
Manager of the property told us she doesn't have a reservation from Expedia. “Emplacement géographique très bon, magnifique vue sur la baie, village parfaitement entretenu avec de beaux extérieurs.
L’accès aux logements est difficile en voiture avec une pente très raide. Pour se rendre aux repas près de la réception tout en bas de la structure , le cheminement à pied est fatigant sous le soleil et impossible pour des personnes marchant difficilement ; nous nous y sommes rendus en voiture .
Bon petit déjeuner avec des préparations maison .

“A lovely place, situated conveniently close to beaches, various restaurants, local shops and a 'mini'market'.
Free parking is available uncovered or covered.
None of the properties around the 20m x 10m pool look at each other, increasing your privacy.
The only downside was the management dealing with problems etc. We advised them that the TV was not working. They said that that they would arrange for an engineer to come out, but nobody came.”

“We stayed at Villa Manika at the beginning of July and had a wonderful time. The villa is a short drive to Sitia with shops, a beautiful harbour and lots of cafes and restaurants. Le papa du propriétaire habite derrière le moulin et est disponible pour donner beaucoup d'information sur les endroits à visiter , la crète et ses coutumes. “Eine sehr schöne FeWo, die mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet ist und der Ausstattung fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die zwei Terrassen kann man je nach Wetter wählen, es ist beidseitig schön ruhig und begrünt. Einziges Manko ist die etwas irreführende Formulierung, der Strand sei 350 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Meer ist 350 m entfernt, aber es ist kein Strand; zum Baden sind wir immer ein paar Kilometer gefahren. Aber ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die Gegend ist schön ruhig……

“Positiv: Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das leckere und abwechslungsreiche Essen sowie das freundliche Personal. Wir haben uns stets wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Es wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir haben immer direkt am Hotel einen Parkplatz gefunden.
Negativ: Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist auch für uns schlanke Menschen recht schmal. Bei Ankunft hatten wir ca. 30 Mücken im Zimmer. Da wurde wohl bei der Reinigung die Tür offen……
