Estuvimos por 4 noches y 5 días y nuestra estancia fue increíble, desde el primer día llegando a la hab., lo limpia y cómoda que se veía. Las áreas públicas como la alberca muy cómodas. Stayed here for the first time and it was beautiful. Great food and drinks. Room was small but nice with a great view of the pool and lagoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff had great service and offered a great welcoming atmosphere.

A Experience at Cristalino – The Best Hotel in Bacalar! Cristalino exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the customer service at check-in and in the restaurant was outstanding. The hotel is safe, quiet, and incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was just what we were looking for. One of the highlights was the easy access to the water—you can literally walk in and reach a boat tour hotspot. Plus, they provide kayaks, which made exploring the lagoon even more enjoyable. We didn’t know it at first, but this property actually sits on one of the seven cenotes in the Bacalar Lagoon, which made our stay even more special. The location is also ideal—just a short 5-minute drive to the center of Bacalar, where you’ll find great restaurants and shopping. I was told multiple times that this is the best hotel in Bacalar, and they absolutely delivered. I will definitely be returning!

The staff were so kind and professional and went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. Thank you, Viridiana and Betxabe! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to all. If you can stay on a Wednesday, when lake activities pause for the day, it is SO peaceful and serene at Cristalino. The room was so comfortable and I enjoyed the local aromatherapy toiletries. My only recommendation would be to add slippers in the room. I won’t hesitate to book at Cristalino the next time I am in Bacalar.
