“My wife has been dying to sleep in the shoe for 30 years. She nearly died when she discovered her birthday surprise of a weekend in the shoe house. We had so much fun doing shoe themed activities and eating foot/shoe themed things. I think it's so much fun to be able to say we slept in a shoe. We had an absolute blast!”

“We were in town for a wedding, so we added an extra day to explore Harrisburg. The house I chose is river front and at the end of a quiet street. The location could not have been any better, 2 miles from downtown, with a wonderful river view. We spent the day walking along the river and enjoying the nearby park, historical monuments and the local restaurants. The house is older but quaint. The Farmhouse is a middle location to our family in PA, VA and MD.
