“Loved the lay out of unit. First of all the hot tub water was low. Very dirty spider webs and dusty.”

“No elevator. Had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs Pool in the middle of building. Terribly hot and humid No idea where to check in. Took us an hour to find it. ”

“The location was perfect and the scenery was beautiful. The cabin was cozy and warm which was great for reading and quality family time. We really wanted to enjoy the hot tub amenities, but unfortunately it had to many chemicals in it, because when we put the jets on we could not breath. So we had to leave the jets off when we where in the hot tub. Beds where hard and comforters old fashion. Pizza at Commanders did not deliver and there was no transit to our location. “Very poor stay. Hot tub that was on the deck was unusable as it and the deck were buried in snow. The bathroom shower had a spider problem. Fireplace smelled terribly of gas when we tried to use it. Only one TV worked for just a couple of channels. Guest bedroom had bunkbeds but the squeeked so badly the kids slept in our rooms. Overall smell of mildew... Other than that, refrigerator and microwave worked.”
