This is a reasonable hotel. lobby good but room has to be maintained to a better condition. hot water, towels are good but carpet has to be replaced. swimming pool is the best among all. breakfast o.k. staff are warm and nice. in bacolod, this is one of the choices.

Perhaps this hotel was a place to be in the 80’s… Old building, overrated. We have been botheres from the 1st minute by calls for massage, mgt check,… really not on purpose. They claim for 1500 PHP cash advance, no credit card allowed as anywhere else… and there is nothing in the minibar. Checkin/out is long just because of that. Swimming pool is shared with locals for 500 PHP, including food and drinks. Just imagine how comfortable it is for guests. No hot water, had to call reception, a guy went after an hour. Cerberus is operation to access breakfast, which doesn’t worse it when they are big groups / conventions in the hotel (which is often). Not even a decent coffee.

LFisher is a resl find. It’s a beautiful property & enhanced by its extensive & tasteful Christmas decor. Staff were without fail helpful, courteous & pleasant The rooftop bar & pool facilities were simply outstanding. Special mention must be made for the kitchen: it’s menu was exceptional & the quality first rate. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a relatively good experience but I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again due to the mattress. The mattress was extremely firm, maybe even hard. I would give it a max score on firmness, 5 out of 5. The pillows were decent.

The biggest issue myself and my group of friends traveling with me had is the service in the bar was not great. Service very slow and one poor barman couldn’t open a beer. He was trying to use a cocktail spoon as there were no bottle openers. The process to pay bills at the bar also very slow. We all work in very high end service so see things like this, though the beer opening is unforgivable for a barman. With some good training and sharing of basic knowledge this could all be rectified.

Disappointing stay at the once premier hotel
Pro: Big room, comfortable matress, great breakfast. Con: Maintenance and general room equipment old and used. Outlets missing at the bedsides. Noisy box typ aircon (not suitable for this price category) Flushing of the toilet tends to break down. Reception staff couldn't speak english well. Very unattentive when faced with a problem like a broken (not clogged) toilet that needs maintenance staff not housekeeping. Conclusion: Don't visit L'fisher anymore for a good hotel in Bacolod. Seda and ParkInn are much more modern accomodations, especially compared to the prices.

Popular place and a good value. Breakfast is good if you time it well. The staff is very cordial. A little disappointed the pool & workout area was not available. I guess maintenance was being performed. I will be there again in October, hopefully the workout room will be ready.

When you want to make a local landline outside call, tou need to go downstairs to thrFRONT DESK, then the hotel representative will dial the number for you. So inconvenient since tou can not make that local call from your room. I wake up at 5AM to ho to the Fitness Room to realize that it only opens at 7AM. Its suppose to be 24 hours accesd using your room key card to enter the FITNESS CEMTER, so inconvenient. I decided the next day to transfer to SEDA Hotel nearby along LACSON street too.
