“Property was amazing. There was one towel looked out of place on hall shelf. There was a slight odor of cannabis when first entering. But, room deodorizer took care of it. Other than the towel and slight smell of cannabis, and having to leave the property Saturday at 11am the visit would have been a 10 all the way.”

“This property is absolutely charming. From the decor to the comfortable beds. We were in town for a family reunion and this space was perfect! We were able to get some cooking done for the Sunday family dinner instead of everything being rush, rush, at the facility we were hosting our reunion at. The neighboorhood was extremely quiet and welcoming. We felt safe, especially since Demetric has taken security precautions very seriously. “We were in the Albany area for an event and were lucky to have found this propery. It offered everything we needed and was cost effective for our party. This property was conveniently located 10 minutes from our event venu and no more than 10-15 minutes from a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. The house is a great size with one huge master suite (king bed) on the second floor and 3 additional bedrooms downstairs. When we stayed the bedrooms downstairs were set up……
