"Locatie is prima, tuin is fijn maar heeft behoefte aan wat onderhoud. Dit geldt ook voor het huisje. Alles is aanwezig maar het komt allemaal wat oud en smoezelig over. Airco doet het niet goed, ventilatoren zijn kapot, douchedeur sluit niet goed, net als de voordeur en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. ..."
