"The hotel was okay, but some of the staff were really bad. We started our stay very poorly, with a very grumpy and unfriendly reception at 5:30 PM. We practically had the keys thrown at us and couldn't get directions to our room, nor was there any guidance about the hotel's facilities, etc. We had ..."
