“Everything was clean except under the bed in the masterroom. Before we came the babybed was there even the babychair. We enjoyed staying in the perfect house.”

“It's my 2nd stay in this hotel and it was great like the previous stay. The hotel is located in the centre of the old town which is very convenient for food and shopping. Although the front-desk reception is not for 24 hours, it's totally fine as you can get in and out the hotel with the room access card anytime you want. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. ”

“Sehr unkompliziert. Zwar hat die automatische Zusendung der Zugangscodes nicht funktioniert, war aber mit einem schnellem Telefonat dann auch erledigt”

“Propreté moyenne du mobilier de la cuisine. Les rideaux sont en mauvais état. Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre, le calme. ”

“Das Hausboot liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Hafen und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Perfekt für einen kleinen Kurzurlaub mit der Familie. Im Umkreis von nur wenigen Kilometern finden sich tolle Aktivitäten und auch die nähere Umgebung lädt zum Spazieren und Fahrrad fahren ein. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen!”

“Das Checkin war unnötig kompliziert. Wir hatten keine BestätigungsEmail erhalten. Die telefonisch erreichte Servicemitarbeiterin empfand ich als unhöflich und nicht hilfreich. Die mietgeteilte eMailadresse, an die ich dann unnötigerweise eine Kopie des Personalausweis senden sollte, war nicht erreichbar, bzw. die Servicemitarbeiterin schaffte es nicht, mir die richtige eMailadresse mitzuteilen. Die Luft im Appartement war schlecht. Bei ausgeschalteter Lüftung roch es nach Rauch. Im Bad waren……
