“Sehr gut, hat alles prima geklappt. Ungewohnt aufgrund der komplett digitalen Abwicklung, aber das ist wohl die Zukunft im Hotelgewerbe. Die Zimmer sind fancy und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Jederzeit wieder!”

“It's my 2nd stay in this hotel and it was great like the previous stay. The hotel is located in the centre of the old town which is very convenient for food and shopping. Although the front-desk reception is not for 24 hours, it's totally fine as you can get in and out the hotel with the room access card anytime you want. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. ”

“Wir waren im großen und ganzen für den Preis zufrieden. Im Bad hätte man auch in den Ecken mal fegen dürfen, dafür war es nachts aber ruhig, was uns wichtiger war. ”

“Das Apartment hatte eine gute Größe und war sauber (bis auf der Wasserkocher). Die Parkmöglichkeit war perfekt. Die Kommunikation und wie man alles durchzuführen hat war einfach. Gerne wieder.”

“Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war etwas schwierig, da ich viele Emails teilweise auf Englisch und dann mit einem fehlenden Link erhalten habe. Allerdings hat die Kommunikation per WhatsApp direkt weitergeholfen.”
