“The property met our needs but the owner tried to charge us double after we had booked the place, claiming we only booked one room and we needed to book another room to handle all 4 persons who were to stay there. The problem was that the VRBO advertisement describing the property stated it could sleep up to 5 people having three beds. I finally had to get VRBO customer service on the line to deal with the dispute. After that, the problem was solved.”

“Ein wirklich schönes Appartement mit kleiner Küche, Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Zubehör. Auch das Bad ist sehr schön, sauber und alles recht neu. Ein großer Minuspunkt ist allerdings das Bett. Hier wird keinerlei Wert auf Komfort gelegt. Die Matratze ist sehr hart, absolut ungeeignet wenn man Rückenprbleme hat. Leider wurde auf Nachfrage auch kein Topper zur Verfügung gestellt, obwohl das Haus zum Bayerischen Hof angehört und das dort Standard ist. An der wichtigsten Stelle wird gespart. Sehr……
