Clean and spacious rooms. Nice view from upper floor(no elevator) comfortable beds and quality towels. Nice staff….very friendly. Dinning room served a fair to good meal(no lobster) Staff was very good.

Charming inn in Baddeck. Beautiful slopping view down to lake across the road. Hotel and restaurant staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. King room was spacious, and being from Florida loved the in room fireplace. Tub was good size. I am a bigger guy, at #260. But fit into tub for a nice soak. Highly recommend the Alexander gram bell museum. The gondola ride was worth the hour drive. But prepare mentally for the 10 minute stretch up the mountain side literally along a cliff edge. On the return trip be sure to pull off at the observation stop at the top cliff for a panoramic view of the ocean.

Wonderful location in Baddeck, very walkable to a variety of places such as dining, shopping and music. Our room had everything we needed but there were a few cosmetic maintenance issues that could be improved upon.

This Inn is very well situated for all amities in Baddeck and surrounding areas. When we got there we were very well received and service was quick and very friendly. The landscape all around is beautiful and Tropical. We felt at home, comfortable and relaxed. Our room was clean and had enough room for two people. The beds are very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the outdoors. The is a good size deck outside the Restaurant/Reception area. The front yard is huge, there is a roofed Gazebo. Great chairs to sit and relax and we had a few of the water. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Breakfast is not included with the room, they offer a hot buffet breakfast for $15. Service is awesome. One little thing, they need to upgrade the quality of the sausages, was not edible, the scrambled eggs.. a little overcooked; makes them dry. The rest was great; fruits, toast, bacon, coffee, donuts and more.

Very nice hotel recently redone with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of town. Nice landscaping on prooerty. Dinner in on-site restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced.

The TV didn't work and the Wi-Fi signal was too weak to be of any use. The room was clean, but there was a large stain on the sofa-bed. The toilet wouldn't flush, so I notified the front desk. When we returned there was no change. They tried again and finally fixed it, albeit at around 10PM. The friendly staff offered complimentary breakfast for our trouble, but the breakfast experience was subpar. It was very much a motel experience with hotel prices.

We were very pleasantly surprised. This Inn is very well maintained. Bed was comfortable, everything in order. 5 minute walk to downtown Baddeck. Staff were very friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant but plenty of others appeared to be enjoying it. Lovely setting.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly and the grounds and buildings are immaculate. I also loved the gardens here... this place is a jewel right near the center of Baddeck. LOVED IT!!

The room was impeccable, big and clean. Service was quick and efficient. Parking was easy. The restaurant in particular serves really excellent Indian cuisine. Loved our stay there. Would go back.

Excellent location and amazing view from room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant looked very nice and was extremely busy so ended up going into town where there were lots of great options also. Room was well furnished and comfortable; our room had poor TV picture quality and the coffee machine leaked so could not be used. However on a trip like this neither are really needed so wasn’t really a major issue though not expected.

Beautiful property. Well kept. In the historic home of Alexander Graham Bell. Surrounded by the incredible Bras d’Or Lakes and close to the Cabot Trail and National Park. A good starting point for your Cape Breton adventure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Auberge Gisele's! The location is excellent-- just a short walk to the main drag, making it super convenient. Our room was very nice, spacious, clean, and cozy. Bathroom amenities were great, and the staff was very kind and helpful! Would definitely stay there again.
