“This property is half way between Fairbanks and North Pole. It is quiet and easy to get in and out of. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the shopping area in Fairbanks, but we were out and about every day anyway. We felt like this was a nice property for us. There were a few things we would have liked that were missing in the kitchen and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but we were very comfortable there.”

“The place was great with a lot of nice little touches. The place is much bigger than it looks and it feels like home inside. The host was constantly in communication with us and gave us some great recommendations for our stay. It was a great location and it was just what we needed. ”

“The house is beautiful, kitchen, living room and all rooms are very clean and well decorated. the beds are very comfortable, too. The best part is we can view the aurora just from the big windows and/or patio. My son left his wallet in the room, Simone just sent it back to us with no charge, very appreciated. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Fairbanks next time.”
