“This condo served it's purpose for my husband and I. Very convenient drive to many distilleries & downtown Frankfort. Walking distance to a pizza place, mexican restaurant, & a very cute ice cream truck. The bathroom is pretty small for someone who is over 6ft. That was my husbands only complaint. People on here complained about outdoor lighting- that is not an issue and I didnt feel unsafe ”

“This was cute and cozy perfect for our weekend stay. Only con is the neighborhood is a little sketchy there were a lot of people roaming the street. but other than that close to all the restaurants and reasonably close to Lexington for the concert. ”

“The space is a great alternative to staying at a hotel annd has alil the conveniences of home. all the amenities! The area is conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. This was the second time we stayed at this location and won’t be the last!”

“This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. ”
