“Nice place, A little bit far from the touristic area”

“Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, all staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool. The only thing that was a safety concern to us is that there is no traffic lights to cross the street in front of the hotel and not all cars stop at the same time. We were crossing when the cars stopped, but a motorcycle didn't stop and almost hit us. It is not the hotel fault, but they should defenitely bring this concern to the city as it affects the hotel guests.”

“All the staff members were adorable and efficient, except for one older guy (night shift) who kept talking about politics and criticising the hotel, the area and the country at large. He was very negative and a terrible first impression, as we checked-in late and had to listen to his personal (unfairly) negative views about Brazil. I would recommend that he keep his personal politics outside work, especially as he doesn’t know what the guests’ politics are.”

“Aconchegante, charmosa e todos os colaboradores foram super simpáticos! A única observação, que não altera em nada a minha classificação é que há uma construção na lateral que praticamente obstruiu a vista mar.”

“Oportunidadeds de melhoria: -A iluminação do quarto é insatisfatória -Os cartões de acesso ao apartamento desmagnetizavam-se com frequência e também impedia o acesso aos andares -”

“Atendimento dos funcionários, area física e localização muito bons. Deveria melhorar o horário de atendimento nas piscinas e bares. Melhorar, também, a qualidade e diversidades dos alimentos e bebidas (principalmente os vinhos).”
