“Es waren Erholsamen, Wunderschönen 10 Tage in der Villa. Die Villa verfügt über alles was man für die kurze Zeit benötigt, alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Es liegt ein sehr kurzes Weg zum Strand. Hast du Fragen oder benötigst Hilfe, ist die Besitzerin sofort vor Ort.

“Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed……

“Nach einer herzlichen Übergabe hatten wir einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Casa Matidia, bei der uns das Team stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, um uns bei Fragen Land und Leute näher zu bringen.Die technische Ausstattung des Hauses und der Küche war passgenau und vollkommen ausreichend. “We enjoyed our stay at ll Casale. The views are amazing. We enjoyed our time in the pool and bbq ing in the evening. Paola was very helpful and friendly. We used the local shops at Piazza S Erasmo below the villa, the meat from the butcher Macelleria Davide was excellent and ate at Il Tempo Ritrovato in the square. You do need a car, but we did walk down and back to the square and Formia using the steep path outside villa. Ideal place for visiting Pompeii we caught the train there and also the……

“Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie hier. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wunderbar, die Wiese gründ und saftig und der ganze Garten top gepflegt. Das Haus ist hochwertig und die Küche ist großartig - mit 5 Kochstellen auf dem Gasherd. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Haus überall mit Deko vollsteht und die Schränke zu 80 % "privat" belegt sind. Wir würden……
