“The property has an attractive top floor and good seating outside and lovely views of the Douro. It’s billed as being ideal for families who want to holiday together but have their own space but this isn’t really the case. There are no facilities downstairs at all, no fridge, bin, kettle for example. So living separately isn’t possible. The pool is a good size and a lovely addition to the property. The villa isn't 15 minutes from Porto, nearer 25 +, also please be aware that parking in Porto in……

“When we arrived at the property, Carmen and her lovely dogs welcomed us with open arms. It's located about 30 minutes from Porto and if you seek for peace and quit it's the best place to stay. The huge garden is so adorable. We enjoyed it a lot. Carmen is a very open-minded and friendly host. We will come back for sure. :-)”

“Estava tudo muito bem. Foi uma passagem de ano tranquila em família e com amigos com tudo o que precisámos. Já ficámos em muitas casas e nenhuma estava tão bem equipada com esta, não faltou nada.Bonita casa, confortável e com um open space no piso inferior (sala estar, sala jantar e cozinha) espetacular e que promove o convívio entre todos.O único reparo é o acesso que de facto é complicado para os automóveis devido às manobras a que obriga, mas devido à elevada inclinação do terreno não haverá……

“This house was really unique for us for its rustic look and use of natural materials. The beds were comfortable, and there was so much space to relax including huge patio and cozy living room. It might be a bit out of the way from the main road, but it made it feel like a country escape. We had a great time.”

“Prachtig nieuw appartement, heel schoon en netjes. Als enige zou ik kunnen zeggen dat het gezelliger aangekleed zou kunnen worden. Mooi uitzicht over de Douro, 's morgens komen de grote rivierboten langs. Verder heel rustig maar met een auto is alles goed te berriken”
