In the secure residence of Marines 4, with swimming pool and garden, we offer a comfortable studio for an unforgettable stay in Guadeloupe.
Close to all amenities, It is equipped to receive 2 people, with integrated kitchen, a terrace, separate WC and bathroom, a living room with two sofa beds, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, iron , vacuum cleaner, flat screen TV, and unlimited wifi.

Linen and towels are provided.

The proximity of the beaches, golf, casino, marina, shops, shopping centers, restaurants and services allow you to get by without the car. The Tuesday night market is an opportunity to discover local fruits and products.
The fishing port, the new ferry station are a few minutes walk from the apartment, it offers possibilities for excursions to the Desirade islands, little land, Marie-Galante, Les Saintes.

In this pretty upscale seaside resort (golf, marina, casino), take the time to appreciate its peaceful and colorful atmosphere, its tourist side, but also its authentic side.

LE néant puisque je n'ai jamais séjourné qui au passage n'est pas à Baie Mahault mais à St Francois, il doit bien y avoir 40 45 mn d'écart entre les deux. Il serait temps que le site ce mette à jour.

mais vacance ces bien passer l'appartement très propres petite studio agréable la seul petit bémol j'aimais des jeune en face de moi le bruit a tout heur il venais sonner a la porte très désagréable si non Jai passer un super été merci

Très bien dans l'ensemble.

On a quand même relevé quelques lacunes. Il y a une piscine dans la propriété et pendant notre séjour, elle était vide, on a pas pu se baigner. Depuis hier,nous n'avons pas d'eau dans l'appartement. Une canalisation qui aurait cédé. Pas de lumière dans les WC. Cordialement.

un beau studio bien situé à St François

belle résidence , beau studio bien équipé , avec clim, terrasse , piscine . bien sécurisé ouverture par badge . voisinage respectueux de chacun. aucun bruit la nuit .nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine de vacances, merci encore à Pauline la propriétaire de ce studio.

Très bon séjour

Le studio est conforme aux photos. Il est très bien situé, dans une résidence sécurisée qui possède 2 piscines. Il est proche de la Marina et d'une petite plage à 100 m de la résidence. Quartier très animé avec commerces, restaurants (Marina), marché tous les matins et nocturne le mardi soir. Voiture non indispensable, gare routière à proximité. Je me suis beaucoup reposée et fais quelques balades à pieds. Pauline m'a très bien accueillie, de l'eau fraîche à mon arrivée. Elle a toujours été disponible et de bons conseils. A refaire sans problèmes.
