“This was a great place to stay. Owners were very flexible with a late check in. They have pretty much everything you need in the room and know how to welcome guests. This will definitely be a return rental if we’re back in Lakeland.”

“this place was very clean lots of room. we rented to get away from mobile home during hurricane. the electric went out but we luckily had flashlights and lunchmeat and bread lol ”

“No surprises, all was as advertised. Clean and quiet. Other than a vague dog bark on the first night, didn’t hear a sound while I was there.It’s a relatively small space, which worked well for me, but personally I’d feel cramped if a spouse or partner were joining me.The kitchen was stocked, although I didn’t avail myself of any of it. Only thing I used was the full-sized refrigerator.I’d be a little concerned about staying there during the summer, as the heating/cooling unit on the wall……

“There was no running water from 2-14-2-15. The place smelled like mildew. There was mold on the celing and there was no remote control to the Roku TV”

“My wife and enjoyed our stay. Edgar is a wonderful host. If you want a clean, cozy and located to everything we suggest you stay here. Pull you vehicle thru the gate and park in the back. A nice screened patio where you can relax with your morning coffee. Highly recommended .”
