“Needed a place to stay between Springfield and Jonesboro. It was consistent with other HIE’s. The staff at breakfast was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. ”

“When we arrived the door to our room was wide open. I just casually looked around and it appeared as though staff had left the room in the middle of cleaning it. The bathroom in particular looked not finished for cleaning. The toilet lid was completely detached also. I let the front desk know right away, but no staff came to “fix” the issue. In the morning staff came in to change trashes, check toiletries, and replace used towels. The toilet lid was not touched. I let the front desk know that……

“The property was in a beautiful location surrounded by farms, national forest, hiking trails and some springs. The area was pretty quiet and serene, and close to the restaurants and shopping of West Plains, MO. Even though the cabin was small, it mostly met our needs. The bathroom was a bit tiny, and difficult to use, however. The family was very responsive when we needed some help with our TV connection. ”

“The property was very nice the house could have been cleaner. The heating element in the dryer is proberly going out. Had to reset dryer several times as it wasn’t drying good. Whoever put the towels up in the master bath room when last here rolled up on a stand put them away still wet so I had to reduce them.”

“Cabin was excellent. Very clean. Kitchenette has everything you need. Fantastic view of Norfork Lake. If you reserve Lake View Cabin you may get any one of 3, although one is named Lake View. Lake View cabins are 30 feet from busy Hwy 177. Traffic is non-stop. Very noisy. Grill good but very pricey. Be sure to reserve a table. If you eat on the patio request a fly fan.”
