“We had a wonderful time at Grandview. The view really was stunning and the covered porch allowed us to enjoy it in the rain. When we needed a replacement coffee maker, Michael and Mariam responded and arranged one immediately. The house was very clean, exceptionally well appointed, and was equally accessible for both my grandmother and young children. Check-in and check-out were so easy. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Property overall was well kept and nice inside enough for family get together and kids TV shows were available. Ample kitchen supplies for coffee, sodas, plates and bowls, etc. Not owners fault but it rained when we got there and Friday at Tweetsie Railroad. It stopped long enough to enjoy the rides and train ride.Please note it up a a moutain rode that due to weather was slick and of course at night was not well lighted.Very nice place, receptive owner, if questions were asked. “We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect, lay out was great! They had everything you could need and more! Our 5 year old son had a blast with the Pac-Man, foosball, hot tub, and movie projector! The views were stunning! The fenced in backyard for the dogs was so nice to have. We highly recommend this property and we will absolutely come back! It was clean and comfortable! Close to everything you would want to do in the area. “Nicely appointed small apartment. One bedroom and a murphy bed in the den/living room. Keurig and coffee maker. Good Wifi. Parking for Sugar Mountain is very close. We were able to get a parking spot right near the lodge because it is so close. Owners are great and explained things well and timely. Thanks for the great stay!”

“Great stay. Closest rental/ walk to the lodge, was a perfect rental for a family with young kids. Everything was better than expected. Owners definitely do upkeep and repairs for the rental. Our stay was 15 degrees outside, provided heaters kept us warm in every room. Definitely appreciated the quick running dryer for young-kids ski gear.”

“Took my 2 teenage kids skiing at Sugar Mountain and this location was perfect! Ski in/out onto an easy blue slope (Birch) and maybe 5 minutes if you need to drive down to the sugar mountain lodge. Plenty of space for us with 2 bedrooms (not pullout couch) for us to rest. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.”

“Described exactly how the property looks and feels. Near the top.of sugar mountain so you feel away from it all but not isolated. Beautiful views with a ton of windows. Went with my wife, sister in law, and her wife. With an up stairs and downstairs we had plenty of privacy but also could all hangout upstairs or om the porch with plenty of room. The beds are great, everything you need to cook, and a gas grill outside. The hosts are great and responded with in minutes on a couple of questions we……
