Außerdem kümmern sie sich um Pool und Garten und sehen jeden zweiten Tag nach dem Rechten. Das Haus ist geräumig, gut aufgeteilt, sauber und hat einen tollen Blick auf Garten, Pool und Balaton. Das Grundstück ist am Ende einer Sackgasse, also kein Verkehr und relativ ruhig, ist komplett umzäunt, sehr groß und gepflegt, Obstbäume, Weingarten usw.
