“The staff are very helpful and generous! The room door are so noisy when you open or close, so you can here other people going in and out. This hotel is very clean, a bit old but is closed to CGK Airport. The surrounding area is terrible, everything is a slum and very dirty ”

“The staff made up for the fact the hotel building is a bit dated. Very clean, fantastic breakfast, close to Serpong train station and newer/modern Aeon Mall BSD City. “The receptionist Vicky really made our experience a welcoming one. He upgraded our room when he couldn't find one in the non-smoking room. Additionally, he spoke with me and my fiance in English which helped us ease into the culture and community. ”

“Overall, my stay for a business trip was decent, and being so close to Aeon Mall was a bonus. Surprisingly, there was no hair dryer in the room. You had to call the front desk to get one, and when it finally arrived, it was outdated, super slow, and way too noisy. Also, no extendable makeup mirror, which feels like a pretty standard amenity these days. Just a couple of basics that were missing, which could’ve made the stay smoother and more efficient.”
