This comfortably furnished holiday home near the beach offers all the comfort you could wish for. Garden, gazebo, garden furniture, barbecue with covered terrace, satellite TV, DVD. 
The covered pool offers swimming in spring and autumn or in bad weather. 
During the summer months, the canopy and walls are rolled aside and bathed in the open air. 
Car parking spaces available within the property. Railway line about 60 meters away.
The property offers the possibility for various activities: volleyball, badminton, football on small football goals etc.

EC: 1. Lounge with couch and TV, infrared sauna, air conditioning. 
Very nice and cozy dining area with modern kitchen (fully equipped), dishwasher, bath / WC with large bathtub. 1 x twin bedroom with TV, DVD.

First floor: 2 x double bed rooms with TV, DVD. Bathroom with shower / WC. In one of the double rooms is the balcony. Climate.

Washing machine for a fee. The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room.
The owner lives temporarily (less days in high season) in the separate apartment next to the garage.

24 hours on-site service.
