The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep. “Great place to stay. facilities are easily accessible. There is a shuttle which is very frequent until 10pm. The beach is walkable distance as well as the country club with the infinity pool. The host has been in touch promptly and provided necessary information about the stay and what is provided for and what is available in the resort. “This hotel is very very remote from the town and its inside the jungle and you need to take a shuttle car to the hotel from the hotel entrance like 6 to 8 minutes but the shuttle car is not always available. If you want to stay away from noisy and want to stay inside a jungle it is perfect for. “The place is nice but the AC is not working and it’s so uncomfortable. And it scares me and my daughter when we saw a cockroach. And the WiFi and tv is not working . So there’s not much of entertainment. But the convenience of the place that is so near in all the very good restaurants and tourist spot was the best part. Hopefully they fix the problem. “We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. Check in and Check out was very flexible and easy, as long as no one was booked before or after our party. All amenities mentioned were available. “I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes.”

“適合全家或一群朋友一起度假. 渡假村內有很多泳池還有滑水道. 房間內還算清潔但可惜沒有浴缸. 服務人員還算親切. 但渡假村是在主要道路內進去大約1公里. 晚上如果ˇ要外出吃飯比較不方便, 而且要注意馬路上有很多牛, 羊, 狗讓你大吃一驚的躺在路邊休息或吃草. 渡假村內到了晚上還有很多青蛙會在園內乘涼, 的確是一個非常親近大自然的度假村.”

Nice service and good environment

"The employees are friendly. Room are clean and big. Resort are relaxed and pools are clean.Nice place to stay in Tagaytay. But the location is a bit far from the lake view point."
