“The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. “Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. ”
