I booked and paid for 3 nights on Hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel I learned from the staff that the last night was double booked by the hotel staff. The reason provided for overbooking was slow internet speeds but I received a confirmation email from the hotel the day I booked the room. “We loved our treehouse at Kitu Kiblu. The treehouse has just been amazing and such a nice experience. We loved to stay private in the house but also gathering together with others during lunch and dinner. The staff was super nice, the bill was a bit messy in the end but that was not an issue. We would love to come back! ”
