“已多次入住這酒店，想不到發現堂堂美國品牌酒店是拿旅客的毛巾洗刷馬桶，跟美國在中國設立的快餐食品供應一樣, 只管賺錢，死活由你。Has repeatedly stay at this hotel, find dignified American brand hotel is to take passengers towel wash toilet, same with the American set up snack food supply in China, like just to make money and never care the other countries people healthy.”

“Very accommodating and friendly staff. Nice facilities with an infinity pool overlooking the water. Tasty food in the breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling in the area.”

“Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything that you need is there. Taps and heater etc are all working fine. The only uncomfortable thing is that overall everything is very old and worn (surprising working fine though). The atmosphere and environment really switches me off. Breakfast...don't bother to compare unless you are fine with just bread and jam. Located very near about 250m away from shopping malls.”

“Het hotel was gedateerd. Zwembad stonk en er was geen gezelligheid in de bar. Ondeskundig personeel. Ik moest zelf vertellen hoe je een gin tonic moest maken. Op de rooftop wisten ze ook geen cocktails te maken. Bij het ontbijt stonk het erg naar sigaretten rook, de deur van de rookkamer was aldoor open. Heel vervelend voor mensen die niet roken. ”

“Great stay overall. Cleanliness, restaurant, staffs are great but one thing this hotel lacks is the WiFi connectivity. WiFi sometimes connects well and sometimes disconnects. For people who want to work with laptop, it could get frustrating at a time. ”

“Smell of garbage, found a lot of garbage behind table, hot shower sound like jumbo jet will landing, no wall outlet in table, charge laptop on the floor, has water heater pot dirty, and no wall outlet, terrible, other is ok”

“Very old hotel with no maintenance. Cracked ceilings and stains everywhere. Not sure why it is rated as a 4 star hotel. ”
