“Great water front location a nice walk (under 30 mins) into town and to/along the beach. Big house, well equipped. Great layout for a big group. We were all adukts butwould suit a mix too. BYO food staples though, limited supply of coffee, tea, milk etc.”

“I booked this house in the first week of school holidays for my children and their families to stay. A big family holiday. House is brilliant and provided an amazing entertaining areas that work well for large groups. Craig the groundsman is very helpful and met us when we arrived, gave a tour of the house, telling us how things worked etc. He also came back to help when phoned, topped up the wood for indoor fire when it turned cold and other little things that made the whole experience……

“Kingscote has the basic essentials (Eg supermarket, bakery, petrol, restaurants), and is great base for exploring the island. Char’s place is very clean, comfortable, spacious, on a very large block. Very quiet. The hosts are great advisers of what to do / not to do etc. Lovely. ”
