NOTE: The home is on a mountain, and Guests will need to walk 87 steps down to the property from the parking lot.

There is NO CHARGE for our concierge services.
We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the area’s best tours, private chef and dinner reservations.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in. Osa Property Management will also be available from 8 am - 5 pm via group chat. Messages sent after 5 pm will be addressed the following morning starting at 8 am. The home and digital guidebook have all of the emergency phone numbers and information needed in the event of an emergency.
The home is in a private, gated and exclusive neighborhood. Guests will be given an access PIN prior to arrival.
Guests will either be escorted by a representative of Costa Rica Las Villas/Osa Property Management for check-in or provided instructions for 'touch-free-24-hour-check-in'.
The home and the swimming pool are private.
The parking is shared and there is a set of stairs leading down to this Property and one other property, which is shared (the stairs).
A 4x4 or powerful SUV is required to access the property due to the steepness of the mountain. The road is paved however.
Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas will have the following provided:
