Sand Dunes is a comfortable and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom elevated duplex. A tranquil place where you can relax on the north facing balcony, look out to sea and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The property is well-appointed and perfect for a relaxing beach holiday and has a fabulous outdoor area with BBQ and entertaining area. There is also a double lock-up garage.
Located in a quiet corner of East Ballina opposite Angels Beach, all you need to do is simply walk through the famous Reconciliation Tunnel with indigenous art murals, and you'll find yourself on the sand.
Set on a quiet street, only 10 minutes to Ballina, 15 minutes to Lennox Head and 25 minutes to Byron Bay, Sand Dunes is the perfect destination for those looking for a quiet holiday, just steps to the beach.
