“Ample space for our family of five (4 adults 1 teenager) . Wonderful eat in kitchen, spacious family room with bonus office space. 2 modern bathrooms with power showers. The house was toasty warm and very comfortable. Walking distance to bus, grocery stores and bars and restaurants. Located in quiet small estate. This house was perfect for our needs and we would definitely book again. ”

“We took an extended trip to Ireland and wanting to see multiple parts of the country opted to stay in the midlands. My husband found this listing on VRBO and we booked it. Best decision of the trip. This is a lovely home with a location that made it convenient to visit several other counties in the country. “We were in Ireland to drop our daughter off at UCD. We wanted a family home to stay in to relax, spend time together and be comfortable. This was the perfect place. We will be back again when we pick her up. It is beautifully decorated, next to adorable villages and we greeted the sheep every morning. Such a lovely home that we are sad to leave. ”

“Una and Pat are great hosts. The lodging was absolutely wonderful. The village was quiet and peaceful and Tom enjoyed talking with the locals. Dinner at Weirs Pub and Restaurant was delightful. “Trim Castle Cottage was a great place to stay when we visited the Trim area. We not only visited Trim, but also Newgrange and my wife’s ancestors’ home area in Westmeath. This made the location of the cottage perfect. The cottage itself had a spot to park the car, which was a must have. It was immaculately clean and very functional for the two couples on the trip. We would definitely rent again when we visit Trim in the future. ”

“We love this hotel and we stay there at least once a year. The staff are very friendly and the food and accommodation is first rate. We also like the spa and gym. The only thing that did not seem to be happen was the point addition for 'The Club' scheme which staff did not seem to be aware of. One of them told me that the scheme was ending this month although I do not rememeber being notified of this. ”
