“Quirky from the outside but nice inside. Comfortable and clean. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930. Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night. Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. ”

“Great location for getting around. Room was really spacious and liked the communal kitchen. Staff were very helpful and brought my wife’s glasses to our room after leaving them in the bar. Nice place ”

“Our stay was an absolute dream! Lorna and Peter provided a one of a kind experience. Upon arrival we were giving a tour of the farm and grounds, then a walk through our cottage, which was clean, well maintained and full of activities. Lorna then invited us to check out the afternoon milking, then meet and PET the cows and then young calfs who were curious enough to walk over. Then we met the farm horse Drift, who couldn't have been friendlier. The two dogs are adorably cute and the chickens are……

Old school house beautifully updated to everything one could ask for! Modern and updated facilities within rustic home - absolutely charming. And the hosts were perfect! Offering advice and ideas with easy instructions. Great communicators. Highly recommend and will be the only place we stay on our……
