“Only stayed for three nights, but thought it was a lovely place. The room decor is very modern/contemporary, which is what I like. Bed and bedding was comfortable, but was only a small double bed, presumably because the room was quite small. We will stay again , but will book a bigger room next time.”

“The peace & quiet here was amazing! Other guests were respectful & the only noise in the morning was the ducks looking for food. Our lodge was dated but comfortable. There were a few minor issues but nothing that affected our stay. So in summary the accommodation is not luxurious but the location & setting are wonderful if it’s a quiet break you are looking for. ”

“Very clean, and well kept static. Good size main bedroom with ensuite bathroom which was nice. The second bedroom is very small with tiny beds so if you have kids that are teens you may find it too cramped, an adult would certainly struggle to sleep on the beds. It was very clean and obviously cared for. Let down in a few areas which if addressed would making it top notch, main thing was the master bedroom mattress, it's obviously a cheap mattress and not very comfortable, the kitchen is……
