There was space for eating outdoors, which was a must given how pretty the property is. Jimmy was a great host and timely answered all questions we had before the stay. “We booked this cozy cottage for two weeks in mid-October. Donna was wonderful. She reached out prior to the stay to chat through the VRBO site and as we got closer she shared things to do and see in Louisburgh and other close towns. We communicated through Whats App once we landed at Shannon Airport (2.5 hours away). She met us at the house to show us how to use the applicances, turn on the water to the showers, lock the doors, etc. She also had flowers and a card for our wedding anniversary……

“Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase.……

“If you’re looking to escape the world and step into a serene space look no further. Titanic cottage is a perfect mix of old world charm and modern amenities/aesthetics. It was the perfect escape—quiet, removed from the hubbub, but still close to restaurants and other conveniences. It was also the perfect location for making day trips to the most breathtaking scenery (Wild Atlantic Way, Connemara Valley drive, cliffs, etc.). We had everything we needed—and nothing we didn’t. We found the cottage……
