I put my dog in the back yard and he met me in the front. But all in all it we had a nice stay. I would stay again. Very very clean”

“Quiet/lovely property. Extremely clean/well kept.Pros: Greeted ASAP and told where to find charcoal/ wood for the fire pit. Hot water in abundance; great water pressure! Kitchen essentials provided. Wi-fi worked great, no issues. Comfortable beds, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Grill use with all the tools needed. A selection of DVDs available in addition to streaming services. Cons": I don't really like calling these "cons". They are more like "possible suggestions for……

“Very cute lake house in great condition! Fully stocked and ready for your lake getaway. Conveniently located to a boat ramp which was great for us to bring our kayaks. Only thing my husband said could be changed is having a regular coffee pot instead or a keurig, but that’s just him being an old man about it. We really enjoyed the assortment of games and puzzles available for use as well. Looking forward to future stays.”

“We have an amazing stay every time we stay here! It accommodates every need from space, to views, and distance to entertainment. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to visit and float the river! If i had to give a con...maybe supply ricks of wood for the firepit. We bought some from town so not a big deal but that really the only thing i could say if i had to say something 'bad' or recommended. Otherwise, we will be backevery year for many years to come! Thank you!!”

“Communication before the trip from VRBO was good. Directions for finding the property were good. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. The property is in very poor condition: Broken lock on screen door. Hole in the kitchen sink so that water leaks under sink if you used it. Bathroom fan has been covered with a ceiling light! Standing lamp in living room is an electrical hazard as you can touch the bulb socket. Rug in loft bedroom is filthy - full of hair and dirt. Pots and pans were dirty.……

“Very homey, cozy, and secluded lake front location. Located in a wooded area. Definitely need to follow the pin location! 4x4 a plus, especially if weather changes. Enjoyed fishing from rocks right on location. Beautiful view!!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wagoner at Mr. Blaine’s property! There were plenty of towels/linens, coffee, as well as additional groceries. He was also very easy to communicate with, very prompt in responding also. It comfortably fit five adults and was truly a little slice of paradise. The pool deck and outdoor seating were a nice treat as well! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be staying here!”
