- You may pull the grill out from the Gazebo as you wish, keeping it a safe distance from the pool.

Garbage rules / no littering - Our property manager will take care of bringing the garbage cans down to the road on Wednesdays and returning them on Thursdays. Please throw out all garbage using the bagged garbage cans located both inside and outside the house. Inside the garage there are 3 regular garbage cans and 1 recyclable garbage cans. All garbage must be thrown out in garbage bags into the garbage cans. Bags are supplied and available, they are located inside the kitchen pantry. — No parties allowed - this is VRBO policy.

No ATVs or loud vehicles allowed.

No pets allowed (Message if you have service animals.)
For small animals there may be exceptions.

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside the house

No food or beverages allowed on the 2nd floor

You will be held accountable for any broken or damaged property. You must report all damage to host.
