“This comfortable studio is perfect for 1-2. The view alone is exquisite, calm and serene. Parking is excellent and quite safe. I walked to the Abbey next door and found wild blackberries along the way. The nuns were singing in their church and it was angelic. This is a small convent but quite worth a visit during services. The gracious hosts could not be more delightful & welcoming. The town is surprisingly full of treasures and the area is absolutely lovely.Do NOT miss the Castle Garden and……

“Nice facilities, well furnished and well kept. We were very comfortable. Only hitch was no internet in the house so working with a computer was not possible. connectivity for mobile was spotty. But we managed. And we had a comfortable stay. Owner was very nice and helpful. ”

“Helen was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to any questions / issues that arose. Our family really enjoyed the property and seeing the cows and donkey in the yard next door. “Our stay was an absolute dream! Lorna and Peter provided a one of a kind experience. Upon arrival we were giving a tour of the farm and grounds, then a walk through our cottage, which was clean, well maintained and full of activities. Lorna then invited us to check out the afternoon milking, then meet and PET the cows and then young calfs who were curious enough to walk over.
