“入住后才发现这是莫宁顿半岛上视野极佳的一处民宿，但是房间贴心细节与舒适度完全不逊于五星酒店，却无五星酒店的标准化商业气息，可见主人之用心。房间的VIEW令人一见惊艳，继而为房间的种种细节而感动，非常舒适的逗留，超出我们的预期。”

“屋主夫婦親切有禮，而且非常細心；由於我們可能會遲過20:00 才check in, 早2小時前知會屋主，屋主説會把鎖匙被在drop box內，但當我們到達apartment 時，夫婦仍在接待處（我們到達時20:05），他們還預早開了暖氣把我們的房間暖起來，真的很窩心。房間很大、厨房設備齊全（只差沒有洗碗碟機)，地點只是距離Philip island nature park 約八分鐘車程，距離最近的大型超市也只是三分鐘車程。我們一行4人訂了2間房，其中一間還有泳池呀！”

“Very comfort room provided. Parking just infornt of your room ans there are numbers of restaurant just few minutes walking distance for your room.”

“Location:It is just within 30m from a bus stop that one can easily take a bus to Frankston direction or Dromana Beach. Good for traveller without a car. Besides, it is quite near to the Red Hill region where can find a lot of vineyards. Visit vineyards is a must do activity in Mornington Peninsula. Can bike to there or call cab. Cleaniness: it is very clean, no matter the room, toilet or kitchen area... Also the house is well decorated, full of well chosen fragrant, very pleasure! Spacious:……

“當晚7點前入住，服務台也沒有人了 心想怎麼辦，當經過一輪等待，終於門鈴有人回應 說我們房間在那裡，感覺很難找和有安全感。再一大問題是，房間某位置有蜘蛛網和暖氣一直不足夠，幸好現在還是秋天”

“No pan in the kitchen. ”

“This is a spacious and clean property. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. There is covered parking. It is a tight spot but manageable. It has a great washer and dryer - they were spread out (one in the kitchen, one in the garage). There was no WiFi. ”

“The apartment is within 10 mins drive to the twelve Apostles which is very convenient. It is very near Cowes town where there is takeaways/ restaurants and supermarkets as well. Cowes beach is also nearby. The apartment facilities are clean and new. However, we are on Apartment 6 which means we need to drag our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs as there’s no lift. Also, there is only one air conditioner in the dining area and it can be rather cold at night in the rooms. ”

“到達時前台沒有人, 找不到酒店房, 花天30分鐘才找到. 此外天氣很冷室內竟然沒暖氣, 一家人就好像住在街邊一樣. 完全不能接受。”
