“My wife and I stayed at the Encanto for four nights. In terms of aesthetics it is a beautifully designed place, but not practical if you have mobility challenges due to the multiple levels, including the very nice breakfast area. There is no elevator. We really liked the hotel overall, but there were a couple of annoyances. We missed one breakfast because the timing was changed for Sunday and nobody told us. The arrival of our hiking guide was based on the breakfast timing. We arrived at……

“I was extremely pleased with my 4-day stay at Posada la Nube. Location is great, near all major attractions, dining and entertainment. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious as was the bathroom, although the latter was a little outdated and in need of a refurbish. Also, there was no closet in the room which was inconvenient for me who stayed for 4 nights. “The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful ”
