This was the worst stay I've ever had at any comfort Inn my AC didn't work when i told the front desk they said maintenance will be sent they never came there was a roach in my ice bucket and in the bathroom the staff was extremely ruid i asked the maid for clean wash clothes and was told No Wash The Ones You Got SMH complained to the manager and was told im sorry for the inconvenience she didn't try to rectify anything i asked for her nane she said it was Katt Dee and i spelled it out to make sure she was saying that she says yes thats her name which i believe was a fake name there dog poop in the entrance and they had to be told to have someone clean it there was broken mirror in the hallway with the glass broken and remained there all night this entire stay was horrible from check in to check out i wouldn't recommend this hotel to noone

I would like to request a refund for this stay the room was extremely dirty and mouse infested. I had my food in a bag near my bed and when I went to eat the bag had a huge hole in it with mouse droppings around it and bites in my bread. I my Apple Watch was also stolen and they have yet to return it

The room was clean but we had roaches. The phone did not work, shower was backwards(hot water was cold and cold was hot. Air conditioner did not function properly(clogged on one side with dust-dirt). The whole property smelled of weed. Breakfast buffet was limited, not too many choices. Staff was very polite and accommodating. The price paid was good. Told them about roaches when we checked in and that happened was she sprayed what smelled like a cleaning/ air freshener in room. Was not pleased at all and would not recommend Comfort Inn in Towson at all.

I stayed here last year and when I returned recently, it was a totally different experience--in not a good way. The new owners (looked family run) have let this hotel decline; dirty, worn down and understaffed. The hotel is supposed to be a smoke free environment; but when I got to my room the smell of mold and smoke was overwhelming. The front desk solution was to send a cleaning person upstairs and spray air freshener. They told me all of the rooms smelled that way. It was only after I contacted Expedia, they made the offer to change the room. Add to that, it felt unsafe. The customers were upset and yelling at the woman at the front desk and there were several other loud arguments. Ultimately, I switched hotels and I will not consider staying here again.

Check in was okay, rates less than originally quoted. Going to room heavy smell of weed, tried to call for wake up, phone cord was cut, next day went for breakfast, nothing closed until Monday, wife needs a hair dryer, had to ask house keeping, hall still smells of weed. Had to go out and find something to eat, no clue where we are but found a 7 eleven.. room had two towels, one washcloth, just a big mess. Save you time, stay somewhere else.....
