The hotel was scheduled to have their water service temporarily shut off for a few hours. I would have appreciated having the information beforehand as it happened mid morning and lasted a few hours. I knew from past experience to inquire if the building is undergoing repairs or renovations and feel that that would have been the perfect time to inform me of the upcoming water issue NOT when I’m checked in. The staff however, was very kind and friendly. The hotel overall needs renovations (extensive water damage in our room in multiple areas) and more attention to housekeeping standards. Not a horrible experience but would not book there again.
